RuneScape is a point-and-click game set in a fantasy world called Gielinor where players can interact with each other.
RuneScape, sometimes referred to as RuneScape 3, is a fantasy massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) developed and published by Jagex, first released in January 2001. RuneScape takes place in the world of Gielinor, a medieval fantasy realm divided into different kingdoms, regions, and cities.

  • How to Redeem:
    • Before you activate your card there are some exceptions you should be aware of:
      • Prepaid Cards can't be redeemed for promotional packages such as Premier Club.
      • You are unable to stack Prepaid Cards & they will only be redeemable for packages to the value on the front of the card.
    • Go to the Prepaid Card redemption page
    • Log in to your RuneScape account & enter the PIN.
    • Select your required package & hit 'Redeem'.
    • Be sure to check the name of the account you are logged into by looking at the top right corner of the screen for the character name the purchase will be applied too!
  • Unable to Redeem?
    • If you're struggling to redeem a Prepaid Card, please make sure you're following these tips:
      1. Check that you have entered the PIN correctly on the redemption page.
      2. Ensure that the card has been activated by the store where you made the purchase (they will need to see the receipt they gave you upon purchase).
      3. Make sure you have a character name set on your account as without one you won't be able to redeem a prepaid card.
      4. Check all known RuneScape accounts in case you have already used the card on a different account.

Returns and exchanges policy


  • No refunds are made for digital products
  • It is not possible to exchange when the order is requested by mistake.
  • Exchange is only allowed if the code is incorrect (MUST PROVIDE A PROOF).
  • In unexpected cases where the code you receive does not work, please send a screenshot of the error message you received and your order details to: support@ecardsapp.com and we will study your complaint and provide you with a solution as soon as possible.
  • We endeavor to respond to all complaints within one or two business days. In some cases, where we need to get the error report from the supplier company, the waiting time may take from 4 to 5 working days or more.
  • In instances of fraudulent conduct or improper use of payment methods, including but not limited to, Knet card, debit card, bank card, or any other cards, subscriptions or accounts designated for payment, E-Cards shall not be required to issue a refund to the purchaser. Given the immediate delivery and digital nature of our products, such as 'digital cards', these items are not eligible for return or exchange. Responsibility for any fraudulent or unauthorized use of payment methods rests entirely with the owner of the K-net or credit card or any otherpayment method.
