From 5-on-5 basketball with current or all-time great NBA teams to streetball in Blacktop, NBA 2K20 is filled with a variety of game modes for all players. For the first time in any NBA 2K game, take your MyPLAYER around the world in a series of 3-on-3 streetball competitions.

  • How to Redeem:
    • In the main menu, go to "MyTEAM" or "MyCAREER."
    • In "MyTEAM" you will select the "MyTEAM Community Hub."
    • In "MyCAREER" you will need to select the "Options/Quit" menu while you're in the Neighborhood/City.
    • Select "Locker Codes."
    • Enter the Locker Code you want to redeem (be sure to include hyphens).

Returns and exchanges policy


  • No refunds are made for digital products
  • It is not possible to exchange when the order is requested by mistake.
  • Exchange is only allowed if the code is incorrect (MUST PROVIDE A PROOF).
  • In unexpected cases where the code you receive does not work, please send a screenshot of the error message you received and your order details to: support@ecardsapp.com and we will study your complaint and provide you with a solution as soon as possible.
  • We endeavor to respond to all complaints within one or two business days. In some cases, where we need to get the error report from the supplier company, the waiting time may take from 4 to 5 working days or more.
  • In instances of fraudulent conduct or improper use of payment methods, including but not limited to, Knet card, debit card, bank card, or any other cards, subscriptions or accounts designated for payment, E-Cards shall not be required to issue a refund to the purchaser. Given the immediate delivery and digital nature of our products, such as 'digital cards', these items are not eligible for return or exchange. Responsibility for any fraudulent or unauthorized use of payment methods rests entirely with the owner of the K-net or credit card or any otherpayment method.
