  • About Blade & Soul:

Blade & Soul features a combination of martial arts-inspired combat and qinggong in an open-world environment. Players create playable characters that explore around the world by completing quests assigned by various NPCs. The game uses a real-time battle system in the third-person camera view and requires players to "combo" a series of attacks, much like that of fighting games. According to NCSOFT, the game also features an innovative “Downed” mechanic, allowing players to recover from the brink of death. Players begin with “player-versus environment” combat (PvE) but may participate in “player-versus-player” (PvP) combat later in the game.

  • How to Redeem:
  1. use a serial code that you received from purchasing one of our products, you will need to have an NC Account. Once you have an NC Account, you can follow the instructions or watch the video at the bottom.
  2. • To use a Blade and Soul serial code, log into the NC Account Management.
  3. Click on the APPLY A CODE tab.
  4. If you have a code to enter, you can do this under "Enter Your Serial Code".
  5. Once the code is in the field, click on the "Activate" button.
  6. Apply your code using the APPLY button.
  7. Once activated you will see this message on the top of the page.
  8. After activation, you will be able to find applied codes in your Transaction History.

Returns and exchanges policy


  • No refunds are made for digital products
  • It is not possible to exchange when the order is requested by mistake.
  • Exchange is only allowed if the code is incorrect (MUST PROVIDE A PROOF).
  • In unexpected cases where the code you receive does not work, please send a screenshot of the error message you received and your order details to: support@ecardsapp.com and we will study your complaint and provide you with a solution as soon as possible.
  • We endeavor to respond to all complaints within one or two business days. In some cases, where we need to get the error report from the supplier company, the waiting time may take from 4 to 5 working days or more.
  • In instances of fraudulent conduct or improper use of payment methods, including but not limited to, Knet card, debit card, bank card, or any other cards, subscriptions or accounts designated for payment, E-Cards shall not be required to issue a refund to the purchaser. Given the immediate delivery and digital nature of our products, such as 'digital cards', these items are not eligible for return or exchange. Responsibility for any fraudulent or unauthorized use of payment methods rests entirely with the owner of the K-net or credit card or any otherpayment method.
