    1. Go to Battle.net and log in to your Battle.net account; Top-right corner.
    2. Click your username and choose 'Account Settings.
    3. Click on the option 'Games & Codes'.
    4. Enter the Battle.net code which you have received at the option 'Enter Code' and confirm the entry by clicking 'Redeem Code'.

Returns and exchanges policy


  • No refunds are made for digital products
  • It is not possible to exchange when the order is requested by mistake.
  • Exchange is only allowed if the code is incorrect (MUST PROVIDE A PROOF).
  • In unexpected cases where the code you receive does not work, please send a screenshot of the error message you received and your order details to: support@ecardsapp.com and we will study your complaint and provide you with a solution as soon as possible.

  • In instances of fraudulent conduct or improper use of payment methods, including but not limited to, Knet card, debit card, bank card, or any other cards, subscriptions or accounts designated for payment, E-Cards shall not be required to issue a refund to the purchaser. Given the immediate delivery and digital nature of our products, such as 'digital cards', these items are not eligible for return or exchange. Responsibility for any fraudulent or unauthorized use of payment methods rests entirely with the owner of the K-net or credit card or any otherpayment method.
